Our Business Process Management Services

Business Process Management Services provide a wide range of back-end support on claims processing, automation, and project management. It is armed with a variety of healthcare and IT professionals

POINTWEST provides operations back-end support for the drug claims process of our client.  We maintain the accuracy of existing clinical and non-clinical data of the client and also create new rules (clinical and formulary) or benefit configuration set-ups as required.  We also provide quality control and data validation steps for each change request to make sure the client intent is accurately met. Business requirements and Administrative support is also provided on a regular or ad hoc basis.  We have a group that provides clinical research support.

Our Information Technology Services

Information Technology Services ranges from but not limited to Application Development, Maintenance, Support and Independent Software testing.

This service involves both onshore and offshore teams implementing changes to production systems for the surround code and core claims system of a pharmacy benefit management company in the United States. POINTWEST is currently developing programs and maintaining batch jobs for their eligibility, formulary, claims, and government services systems.
